  • Custom Items: All shades are made-to-order. Confirm measurements carefully before purchase—we’re not responsible for incorrect sizing.

  • Standard Items: Ready-to-ship products dispatch within 14 business days.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • 50% payment is required to order. Prices include standard materials; upgrades (motorization, fabrics) incur additional costs.

  • Price adjustments due to design changes post-payment will be communicated via email.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Lead Times: 7-14 business days for production + shipping (varies by product).

  • Tracking: Sent via email once shipped. Inspect packages upon delivery; report damage within 48 hours.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Orders: Non-returnable unless defective. We’ll replace/refund verified manufacturing flaws.

5. Installation

Professional installation is recommended for motorized/complex systems. DIY guides are provided, but improper installation voids warranties.

6. Warranty

  • 1-year fabric warranty against defects (excludes sun damage/wear).
